“My name is Unnati Yogeshkumar Patel, and I am a Grade 9 student at Indian Language School, Lagos, Nigeria. I applied for the internship in Graphic Designing and Video Making with Genius hub.  And it was truly a super fun and enriching experience. With the guidance and knowledge shared by the mentors, I independently completed two major project and two minor projects. During the internship, I created several creative works such as posters, videos, magazine covers, and many more designs. Every project helped me explore my creativity and improve my technical and design skills. Even though the internship was conducted online, it never felt like one. It felt like a real classroom where mentors were actively teaching, guiding, and clearing every doubt. The mentors were extremely supportive, and my work was appreciated. I was also awarded a certificate, which motivated me further. I strongly believe students should take part in internships because they provide real-world exposure, help discover talents, build confidence, and prepare students for future careers. Internships make learning practical, enjoyable, and meaningful. Overall, I absolutely loved learning and working with Genius hub. “I’ve just finished the finance management internship that I really enjoyed. Looking back, this was a wonderful way to spend my vacation. Instead of just relaxing, I actually learned something that feels useful for my future. To be honest, when I walked into the first class, I was pretty shocked by how deep the subject actually goes. It felt like a lot to take in at once, but Hitesh Sir was such a great mentor. He explained everything very well, even when we asked the same doubts repeatedly, and he made the classes so interactive that it never felt boring. By the time the internship ended, I was actually able to finish a full stock analysis for five different companies. I didn’t just look at the names; I did the whole thing, including the industry background, the fundamentals, and the technical side. My favorite part of the whole program was definitely learning about technical analysis and candlestick patterns. There’s something about looking at the charts and figuring out the moves that made me feel like a real scholar. It was a pretty cool feeling to understand something that looks like a total mystery to most people my age. The minor project was probably the hardest part of the whole experience. I’m not going to lie, it was really tough at first and I wasn't sure where to start. But once I actually sat down with it and focused, I started to get it. I was able to figure out my own short, mid, and long-term goals and finally decided which asset classes I’m actually comfortable putting money into. I feel like I’ve walked away with a lot of practical skills, and I’m really glad I spent my break doing something so productive instead of just sitting around.”
