When you use our services, you agree to all of these terms. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Session Policy.
You agree that by clicking 'Join GeniusHub', 'Sign Up' or similar, registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to enter into a legally binding contract with GeniusHub. If you do not agree to this contract, do not click 'Sign Up' and do not access or otherwise use any of our Services.
This Contract applies to GeniusHub.com, GeniusHub-branded apps, GeniusHub Sessions, and other GeniusHub-related sites, apps, communications, and services. Registered users of our Services are "Members", and unregistered users are "Visitors". This Contract applies to both.
You are entering into this Contract with GeniusHub, a Registered Trademark of GeniusHub Solutions. Your data provided to or collected by or for our Services is controlled by GeniusHub Solutions.
When you register and join the GeniusHub Service, you become a Member. If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain features as a visitor.
We may modify this Contract, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policies from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide you notice through our Services. Your continued use of our Services after we publish changes means that you consent to the updated terms.
You're eligible to enter into this contract and are at least our Minimum Age.
The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 14. To use the Services you must be at least the Minimum Age, have only one GeniusHub account in your real name, and not already be restricted by GeniusHub from using the Services. "Minimum Age" means 14 years old, or older if the law in your region requires it.
You'll keep your password a secret and follow our rules and the law.
Members are account holders. You agree to choose a strong and secure password, keep it confidential, not transfer any part of your account, and follow the law and our Do's and Don'ts. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.
You'll honor your payment obligations. Our prices generally start from INR 2,499. We don't guarantee refunds.
If you buy any of our paid services, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees. We may store and continue billing your payment method to avoid interruptions. All purchases are subject to GeniusHub's refund policy.
You're okay with us providing notices through our websites, apps, and your contact information.
You agree that we will provide notices to you either within the Service or via the contact information you provided (email, mobile number, physical address). You agree to keep your contact information up to date.
When you share information, others can see, copy and use that information.
Our Services allow messaging and sharing of information in many ways. Information and content that you share may be visible to other Members and Visitors. We are not obligated to publish any information or content on our Service and can remove it at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
You own your content but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it.
As between you and GeniusHub, you own the content and information that you submit or post to the Services. You grant GeniusHub a worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process that information without further consent or compensation. You can end this license by deleting content or closing your account.
We may change, suspend or end any Service at our discretion.
We may change or discontinue any of our Services. We don't promise to store or keep showing any information and content that you've posted. You agree that we have no obligation to store, maintain or provide you a copy of any content or information.
Your use of others' content posted on our Services is at your own risk.
Using our Services, you may encounter content that might be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, illegal, offensive, or otherwise harmful. GeniusHub generally does not review content provided by our Members or others. GeniusHub is not responsible for third-party sites and apps — use these at your own risk.
We have the right to limit how you connect and interact with our Services.
GeniusHub reserves the right to limit the use of Services, including the number of connections and the ability to contact other Members. GeniusHub reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if you are in breach of this Contract or are misusing the Services.
We're providing you with a notice about our intellectual property rights.
GeniusHub reserves all intellectual property rights in the Services. Using the Services does not give you any ownership in our Services or the content or information made available through our Services. GeniusHub trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of GeniusHub.
A disclaimer of legal liability for the quality, safety, or reliability of our services.
To the extent allowed under the law, GeniusHub and its affiliates disclaim all implied warranties and representations; do not guarantee that the services will function without interruption or errors; and provide the service on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Some laws do not allow these disclaimers, so some may not apply to you.
These are the limits of legal liability we may have to you.
To the extent permitted under law, GeniusHub and its affiliates shall not be liable to you or others for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, reputation, profits or revenues related to the services. Some laws do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, so these limits may not apply to you.
Both you and GeniusHub may terminate this Contract at any time with notice to the other. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the Services. Our rights to use your feedback, members' rights to re-share previously shared content, and any amounts owed by either party prior to termination all survive termination.
We both agree that all claims can only be litigated in the federal or state courts in India, and we each agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If a court finds any part of this Contract not enforceable, we agree the court should modify the terms to make that part enforceable while still achieving its intent. This Contract is the only agreement between us regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements. GeniusHub may assign this Contract to its affiliates or a party that buys it without your consent. We reserve the right to change the terms of this Contract with notice, and changes cannot be retroactive.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We require that information posted by Members be accurate and not in violation of the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
Comply with all applicable laws, including privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Provide accurate information to us and keep it updated.
Use your real name on your profile.
Use the Services in a professional manner.
Act in an unlawful or unprofessional manner in connection with our Services (online as well as offline), including being dishonest, abusive or discriminatory.
Post inaccurate, defamatory, obscene, shocking, hateful, threatening or otherwise inappropriate content.
Use an image that is not your likeness or a head-shot photo for your profile.
Create a false identity on GeniusHub.
Misrepresent your identity, current or previous positions, qualifications or affiliations with a person or entity.
Create a Member profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person).
Invite people you do not know to join your network, Sessions, interests and Questions.
Use or attempt to use another's account.
Harass, abuse or harm another person.
Send or post any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
Use software, bots, scripts, robots, or any other means to scrape the Services or copy profiles and other data.
Bypass or circumvent any access controls or Service use limits.
Copy, use, disclose or distribute any information obtained from the Services without the consent of GeniusHub.
Solicit email addresses or other personal information from Members you don't know, without authorization.
Use, disclose or distribute any data obtained in violation of this policy.
Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets.
Violate the intellectual property or other rights of GeniusHub.
Post anything that contains software viruses, worms, or any other harmful code.
Manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or post.
Create profiles or provide content that promotes illegal services.
Create or operate a pyramid scheme, fraud or other similar practice.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Services.
Imply or state that you are affiliated with or endorsed by GeniusHub without our express consent.
Rent, lease, loan, trade, sell or re-sell access to the Services or related data.
Sell, sponsor, or otherwise monetize any Service without GeniusHub's consent.
Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices from our Service.
Use bots or other automated methods to access the Services, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages.
Engage in framing, mirroring, or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Services.
Access the Services except through the interfaces expressly provided by GeniusHub.
Override any security feature of the Services.
Interfere with the operation of, or place an unreasonable load on, the Services.
